Stellar International Networks and USC Marshall Women’s Leadership China Delegation has organized a powerful group of women and student leaders for a multigenerational and cross-cultural leadership and learning experience in Beijing, Lijiang, Shanghai and Hangzhou, China, May 15-24, 2011.

Our mission is as follows:

• Linking women leaders across generations and cultures. 
• Creating a network for new personal and professional relationships in US and China.
• Examining the impact and promoting the importance of mentorship to help emerging leaders pursue and achieve their dreams and aspirations.
•  Highlighting the achievements of women in business, social enterprise, education and aerospace. 
• Providing US and Chinese women leaders with a unique opportunity to engage in discussions and exchange ideas on business, mentorship, aerospace, education and social responsibility.
• Supporting the work of the Dandelion School in providing education tomigrant students.
